About the event
Nearly 400 Jockey employees and local foster and adoptive families gathered for the Jockey Family Carnival, a joyful celebration honoring both our employees and the 20th anniversary of the Jockey Being Family Foundation.
The park was filled with laughter, music, and the spirit of community. Guests enjoyed a full catered lunch with fan favorites like brats, hot dogs, chicken tenders, and burgers, along with classic sides and sweet treats including cotton candy, popcorn, and Kona Ice. Kids and adults alike joined in the fun with carnival games, inflatable bouncy houses, face painting, and giant bubbles floating against the backdrop of Lake Michigan. A lively DJ kept the energy high throughout the afternoon, and special moments such as the raffle for a giant JBF teddy bear added to the excitement and joy of the day.
At the heart of the carnival were the incredible volunteers who made it all possible. From Jockey employees running games and activities to the Kenosha Fire Department lending their helping hands and bright smiles, every volunteer brought enthusiasm, kindness, and heart to the event. Their dedication created an atmosphere of fun and connection that perfectly reflected the mission of Jockey Being Family.
As we celebrate 20 years of strengthening families through love and support, the Jockey Family Carnival was a beautiful reminder of what we can achieve when we come together as one community. We are so grateful to everyone who helped make this milestone celebration a day to remember.
