Will Waller

Founder & Executive Director of Cultivation and Brand Partnerships

Will is the Executive Director of Cultivation for One Mighty Fortress. An organization that connects like-minded people to vitalize influential conversations. A motivational speaker who shares life experiences that affect his path to connect with people. A believer who turns his dreams into reality; shining a light to make an impact on those who need a voice.


Will has worked at Jockey International, Inc. for 20 years with a passion for supporting Jockey Being Family, a post adoption organization. Will’s ties to adoption are MIGHTY, he too being part of the adoption process. Since Jockey Being Family was created, Will has led the team to impact over 440,000 families and raised over $13 million dollars to support post adoption initiatives.


Will’s management style is infectious, based on his ability to educate & encourage sponsors/partnerships and volunteers to Lock Shields with One Mighty Fortress. His Faith, Compassion, Integrity and Selflessness are natural traits in his heart.

Michele Linders

Operations Lead, One Mighty Fortress

With a heart for service and a passion for family, Michele Linders plays a pivotal role at One Mighty Fortess as Operations Lead and dynamic leader of our Backpack Program, one of our most impactful national initiatives. Each year, Michele oversees the distribution of more than 20,000 backpacks filled with essential items that help newly adoptive families begin their journeys with confidence, comfort, and connection.


Bringing over 25 years of experience with Jockey, Michele is not only a trusted veteran but also a creative force within the foundation. She is known for her ability to forge meaningful relationships with families and partners alike, while providing vital support across all JBF programs. Michele’s innovative thinking and deep commitment have made her a cornerstone of our mission to strengthen and support foster and adoptive families nationwide. Her dedication ensures that every backpack is more than just a bag, it’s a symbol of love, stability, and a hopeful new beginning.

Kameron Jester

Cultivation Marketing & Event Lead

Fresh from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and full of creative fire, Kameron Jester brings a vibrant perspective to her role as Cultivation Marketing & Event Lead at One Mighty Fortress. With a strong foundation in marketing strategy, relationship-building, and brand development, Kameron is driven by a deep desire to turn meaningful stories into lasting impact.


Before joining OMF, Kameron spent two formative years as a marketing intern at Jockey, where she gained a comprehensive understanding of the brand's values, culture, and commitment to community. That experience helped shape her approach to purpose-driven marketing, blending heart, strategy, and storytelling into every campaign.


Kameron’s passion lies in her voice to amplify the vision of OMF. Her ability to educate, inspire and resonate with sponsors & partners engages through storytelling and events. This is not just a skill - it’s her strength.


As OMF grows, Kameron remains focused on expanding reach through creative marketing, authentic relationships, and a mission-first mindset.

Sue Marema

Cultivation Captain, One Mighty Fortress

As Cultivation Captain, Sue is the steady engine behind One Mighty Fortress. Her organization, efficiency, and heart to drive day-to-day operations and long-term success ensures every piece of the puzzle fits. Sue prepares travel & meeting agendas, manages business documentation and legal correspondence that keeps the team aligned and equipped to thrive.


Sue has 34 years experience with Jockey International, Inc. that gives her an dedicated understanding of the Jockey culture and influences her to insure the current culture in OMF.


Sue coordinates all aspects of business operations that allows her to play a central role in supporting the OMF team, scheduling key meetings, organizing appointments, and preparing strategic agendas that keep the mission on track.


Known for her ability to build strong, lasting relationships, Sue is a trusted liaison with business partners and sponsors alike. Her presence at OMF events is invaluable, always ready to step in wherever needed, ensuring things run smoothly and impactfully.

Sue’s focus and quiet leadership amplify the reach of One Mighty Fortress—keeping the mission moving forward with excellence and purpose.

Sean Radford

Director of Cultivation Programs and Design, One Mighty Fortress

With over 17 years of brand-building experience at Jockey, Sean Radford brings a rare blend of creative vision, strategic leadership, and heartfelt dedication to his role as Director of Cultivation Programs and Design at One Mighty Fortress. A former Design Director and seasoned brand ambassador, Sean’s career has been rooted in innovation, quality, and purpose-driven storytelling.


Sean joined OMF to help shape the organization’s visual identity and brand integrity. He has played a critical role in defining and maintaining brand values and creative guidelines that align every project with the heart of the mission. From the smallest design detail to large-scale initiatives, Sean ensures that every touchpoint resonates with clarity, excellence, and authenticity.


A relationship builder at his core, Sean is deeply committed to growing meaningful connections with OMF supporters and volunteers, fostering trust, credibility, and long-term impact on a global scale.


He leads and manages special projects with a spirit of collaboration. Whether it’s planning, coordinating cross-functional teams, or overseeing full project execution, Sean ensures every endeavor moves forward with intention and creative precision for One Mighty Fortress, delivering exceptional experiences that not only inspire but ignite lasting partnerships.

Kristen Kyriazes

Marketing & Communications Intern, OMF

Kristen is a driven marketing and management student at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she’s actively shaping her future through academic excellence and real-world experience. Currently in her third internship with OMF, Kristen brings fresh energy, creative insight, and a strong understanding of digital strategy to the team. She is on track to graduate in the spring of 2027.


At UW-Madison, Kristen served as Secretary for the Orthodox Christian Fellowship, where she managed marketing efforts and social media outreach, honing her communication and branding skills. She also participated in the MKT honorary marketing society, expanding her professional network and sharpening her business acumen.


In her role with OMF, Kristen is focused on maintaining a clear and consistent tone of voice across our communications, ensuring transparency and impact through our newsletters and social media platforms. Her passion for purposeful storytelling and strategic engagement makes her a vital part of our communications team.
